933.03 LICENSE FEE.

A license fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per year shall be paid to the City Treasurer, through the office of the Director of Public Service. Such annual license must be obtained from the office of the Director of Public Service prior to any commercial refuse pick-up. The commercial refuse licensing period will be from July 1 through June 30 of the following year.
