933.02 LICENSING COMMERCIAL HAULERS.

   No person, firm or corporation shall collect, transport or dispose of garbage, trash, rubbish and refuse of any commercial establishment unless such person, firm or corporation has been granted a license as a commercial hauler by the Director of Public Service. Such annual license must be obtained from the office of the Director of Public Service prior to any commercial refuse pick-up. The Director shall grant a license to any person, firm or corporation who applies for a license to collect, transport and dispose of garbage, rubbish, trash and refuse from commercial establishments within the City; provided such person, firm or corporation meets with the requirements set forth in this chapter. If, during the time of the license period, there is any change in company status, it is to be reported to the Director.
