931.03 DISTRIBUTING CIRCULARS OR POSTING NOTICES.

The Parks and Recreation Commission is granted authority to control what can be posted and distributed in the parks. This shall include circulars or cards, or any other written or printed material. (Ord. 18-68. Passed 4-2-68.)
