919.03 COMMERCIAL BUILDING ADDRESSES.

No owner or occupant of a public, commercial or industrial building shall fail to post and maintain on or above the main door, in less than six inch Arabic numbers, in a contrasting color to that of the building, the numerical address of that public, industrial or commercial building. These numbers are to be clearly visible from the road.
