913.99 PENALTY.

No person shall violate any order or regulation of the Board of Health made in pursuance of Ohio R.C. 3707.01 to 3707.53, inclusive, or obstruct or interfere with the execution of such order, or omit to obey such order. Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both. Each day of such violation shall be considered a separate offense.
