913.28 LICENSES.

Any person engaged in installing, cleaning or repairing any sewerage disposal devices or drilling wells shall obtain an annual license from the Franklin County Board of Health. The cost of such license shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year. Before a license is granted all equipment must be inspected by the Health Department and the cost of making his inspection shall be ten cents (104) per mile to and from the Franklin County Court House and the home location of the equipment.
