913.25 NUISANCES.

Where a nuisance as defined in Ohio R.C. 3767.13 is found in any building or upon any ground or premises, a written order to abate such nuisance shall be given by the Department of Health to the owner or occupant of such building or premises. The time for compliance therewith shall be specified in the order. (Ord. 49-66. Passed 5-17-66.)
