913.24 MANURE.

No person shall place or deposit manure in any street, alley, road, open excavation, abandoned well or cistern, ditch, stream or body of water, or in any other manner deemed improper by the Department of Health. Every person owning or keeping a stable, stall or compartment, any animal of the horse, mule or cattle kind, or fowl shall store the manure in a manner satisfactory to the Department of Health.
