913.22 PERMIT FOR LICENSED CLEANERS, INSTALLERS, COLLECTORS.

No persons shall engage in the collections and removal of the contents of privy vaults or sewage tanks, swill, garbage or offal until a permit therefor is obtained from the Department of Health. The permit shall be issued for such periods of time as deemed advisable by the Department of Health and shall state the conditions under which the material shall be removed and method of disposal. Any permit may be revoked at any time by the Department for sufficient cause. (Ord. 49-66. Passed 5-17-66.)
