913.16 HOUSE SEWER. 
   The house sewer shall not be less than six inches in diameter and shall be constructed of extra heavy cast iron soil pipe with caulked lead joints, or of first grade, best quality, vitrified clay sewer pipe with compression type joints or of concrete pipe and joints as approved by the Director of Public Service. No traps shall be installed in the house sewer. No house sewer shall be located less than ten feet from any water service line, well, spring, cistern or other source of water supply.
   Where located within fifty feet of a private well or spring, 100 feet of a semi-public well or spring, or 300 feet of a municipal well or spring, the house sewer shall successfully meet a ten-foot head of water test, and shall be inspected by a representative of the Department of Health before being covered.
