913.15 APPLICATION, PERMIT FOR SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEM.

No person shall connect or cause to be connected any plumbing system with any sewer, sewage tank or other sewage disposal device without first having filed a written application and having obtained a written permit from the Department of Health. However where the connection is to be made to an approved, public sanitary sewerage system a permit shall be obtained from the authority having charge of such sewerage system. A separate permit shall be obtained for each sewage disposal installation and for each alteration and addition thereto. The permit shall specify accurately the extent of and manner in which the installation shall be made.
