913.06 ABANDONED WATER SUPPLIES.

When a well, spring or other source of water supply is abandoned because of its impurity or in accordance with an order of the Department of Health, it shall be sealed in accordance with the requirements of the State Department of Natural Resources or otherwise made unavailable as a source of water supply in a manner satisfactory to the Department of Health.
