913.05 ORDERS TO IMPROVE WATER SUPPLY.

A water supply used for drinking and culinary purposes which is found to be impure or subject to contamination by reason of unsatisfactory location, protection or construction and dangerous to the public health, is hereby declared to be a nuisance and the Department of Health shall order the owner of such water supply to abandon it and make it unavailable for use, or to make improvements, corrections and changes so as to provide a water supply not subject to contamination. The time for compliance with such order shall be fixed in such order.
