907.09 STREET BARRICADES.

No person shall erect any barricade, blockade or obstruction of any kind in or upon any of the public streets, alleys, ways and thoroughfares of the City without first giving notice to the Police Department and Fire Department. Such notice shall be given in person at such departments and shall indicate the place where such barricade, blockade or obstruction shall be maintained and the period during which it shall remain.
