907.08 TEMPORARY SIGNS ON CITY PROPERTY DURING STREET CONSTRUCTION.

   The Director of Public Service is hereby authorized to permit the erection of temporary signs on City property showing the direction and location of travel to places of business which are located on streets in the process of being improved and such permit shall be granted at the sole discretion of the Director and may be cancelled by him with no notice.
