907.05 CROSS-CUTTING ENTIRE STREET, TUNNELING.

   Any street cut which would involve the complete cross-cutting of the entire street shall be either tunneled or augered under such street, without disturbing the surface thereof, wherever same is applicable and engineering feasible.
