903.32 PARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON LAWNS PROHIBITED.

   (a)    No automobile, motorcycle or other motor vehicle, boat or trailer shall be parked or remain on any nonparking or nondriveway portion of the front yard or side yard, and not more than one automobile, motorcycle or other motor vehicle, boat or trailer shall be parked or remain on any non-impervious surface, any improved surface not approved by the Director of Public Service, non-parking or non-driveway portion of the rear yard of any residential or apartment zoned lot. All vehicles parked in parking areas or driveways shall bear the current registration or license plates required by the Ohio Revised Code.

   (b)    On unimproved streets where no curb and gutter exists, parking is permitted from the edge of the pavement to the property line provided this area is improved with gravel or suitable base material. (Ord. 13-02. Passed 3-19-02.)
