903.13 LOCATION OF DRIVEWAYS.

   Driveways in any Residential District shall be four feet or more from any property line except in the following circumstances: where such driveways are developed jointly as a common drive to adjoining lots or an existing driveway was placed within the four.

   (a)   Where such driveways are developed jointly as a common drive to adjoining lots.

   (b)   Where an existing driveway was placed within the four-foot setback prior to the zoning code taking affect and where the property owner is not increasing the width of the driveway and placement of the driveway in a different location is not feasible. (Ord. 088-2019. Passed 9-3-19.)
