903.05 SIDEWALK CONSTRUCTION; NEW COMMERCIAL BUILDING AND RESIDENCES.

Sidewalks shall be constructed on all lots that abut an improved street at the time of construction of any new commercial building or private residence or at the time of remodeling or expansion of an existing commercial building or private residence. Sidewalks shall be constructed prior to the issuance of a certificate of occupancy.
