903.02 RESOLUTION DIRECTING CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALK.

The owner of any lot or parcel of ground shall cause the construction of sidewalks, or any part thereof, in front of or abutting upon such lot or parcel of ground whenever Council shall, by resolution, direct the same to be done, and he shall thereafter keep the same in good order and repair. (Ord. 87-73. Passed 12-18-73.)
