901.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall for each offense be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days, or both. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which the violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 24-70. Passed 1-20-70.)
