901.02 SANITARY SEWER SPECIFICATIONS. 
   All sanitary sewers to be constructed in the City shall conform to the following regulations:
   (a)    All sanitary sewer plans shall be prepared in ink on 22" x 30" sheets standard plan and profile tracing cloth, known as Keuffel and Esser "Standard Profile Plate B4x30", or equal, using a horizontal scale of one inch equals eighty feet and a vertical scale of one inch equals six feet.
   (b)    Plans shall show the name of the subdivision, owner's name and acreage if not subdivided, street and lot lines, ground line, grade line, elevation at ground line and depth at each 100 foot station and the proposed or actual street grade line. If more than two sheets are required the first sheet shall be a plain sheet containing the title and an index or location plan and the complete plans shall show all the data required for the proper construction of such sewer.
   (c)    The plans shall provide for the approval and signature of the City Engineer, Service Director and Mayor. If the sewers are connected to the sewerage system of the City of Columbus, approvals and signatures of the Chief Engineer, Division of Sewerage and Drainage and the Service Director of the City of Columbus shall also be provided for. If the sewers are to be constructed under the supervision of the Franklin County Sanitary Engineer, the Sanitary Engineer's and the County Commissioners' approval shall also be provided for. These approvals shall appear on the title sheet or first sheet of the plans.
   (d)    All sanitary sewers shall be constructed according to City Standard Construction drawings and specifications attached to and made a part hereof, as if fully written herein.
   (e)    Within sixty days after completion of the project, final or record plans shall be prepared showing the location of manholes, Y branches and Y branch extensions, size and grades of sewers and all data necessary for relocating sewers or Y branches. Those plans shall be prepared on 22"x30" tracing cloth in ink and may be a revision of the construction drawings. The original drawings shall be the property of the City. The City may refuse permission to tap sewers if final plans are not submitted within the allotted period.
