901.01 STREETS AND STORM SEWER SPECIFICATIONS.
All streets and storm sewers constructed in the City shall conform to the following regulations:
(a) All street plans shall be prepared in ink on 22" x 30" sheets standard State Highway plans and profile tracing cloth known as Keuffel and Esser 346-4C. Plate 4, cross section, or equal, using a horizontal scale of one inch equals fifty feet and a vertical scale of one inch equals five feet.
(b) Plans shall show the name of the subdivision, owner's name and acreage if not subdivided, street and lot lines, grade line and slope of both curb and storm sewers, type and location of manholes and catch basins. If more than two sheets are required, the first sheet will be a plain sheet containing the title and index or location plan and the complete plans shall show all the data required for the proper construction of such street and storm sewers.
(c) The plans shall provide for the approval of the consulting engineer, the Director of Public Service and the Mayor. These approvals shall appear on the title sheet or the first sheet of the plans.
(d) The minimum requirements for the construction of any street or highway or part thereof in the City shall be as follows:
(1) All streets shall have a minimum pavement width of twenty-six feet between curbs.
(2) Residential streets shall be paved with six-inch Portland cement concrete pavement with integral curbs, Item T-70.
(3) All streets other than those classed as residential shall be Portland cement concrete, Item T-70 designed to meet special conditions.
(4) All materials shall conform to the specifications of the City and the aforementioned Items of the Specifications of the State of Ohio Department of Highways. (1964 Code '152.1)
