759.07 INCOME TAX BOND.

Prior to issuance of the license specified in Section 759.06 , the applicant shall deposit a cash bond in the amount of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) with the City Auditor. This bond shall be refunded to the applicant, upon the filing of all the proper returns and forms, and payment of all the taxes, as specified in Chapter 184 of the Administrative Code. No subsequent bond shall be required for renewal of the license in successive years.
