757.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, or encourages another to violate any provision of this chapter, shall be guilty of a second degree misdemeanor, and shall be guilty of a first degree misdemeanor, if that person has previously been convicted of any violation of this chapter.
