745.08 USE OF SOUND INSTRUMENTS RESTRICTED.

No person engaged in the business of a mobile street vendor shall use, cause to be used or permit to be used for or on his account any bell, other sounding instrument or other audible device as a means of attracting business in the City between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
