739.08 RESTRICTIONS.
(a) All refuse, including shipping cartons, crates and similar materials, shall be removed from the premises at the end of each business day, unless stored in approved trash containers.
(b) All stands, vehicles, merchandise and/or other displays shall be kept a minimum of twenty-five feet inboard of the sidewalk or property line if no sidewalk exists. No stands, vehicles, merchandise or other vending device may be situated within the public right of way.
(c) No more than one transient merchant’s license may be issued for an individual tax parcel as identified by the Franklin County Auditor and no more than one booth, stand, vehicle or other type of vending structure is allowed per license.
(e) This chapter shall not apply to residential yard sales or residential produce sales located upon the residential parcel where the seller resides.
