739.07 TERM; NO PRORATION.

A transient merchant's license shall be issued for a maximum period of thirty consecutive days and no refund or proration shall be made. The Service Director may grant extensions of a transient merchant’s license at his/her discretion for merchants involved in/with events/activities sponsored or administered by local non-profit service clubs, non-profit organizations, school district affiliated groups, the Whitehall City School District or the City.
