739.04 FEE.

The license fee for carrying on the business of a transient merchant shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). Local non-profit service clubs, non-profit organizations, school district affiliated groups, the Whitehall City School district, the City and individual residents of the City are exempt from the fee of obtaining a license under this chapter.
