739.01 DEFINITIONS.

   "Transient merchant" when used in this chapter, includes any person, natural or artificial, who engages in or conducts a temporary or transient business of selling goods, wares, food products or merchandise within the City in any one location and who for the purpose of carrying on such business hires, leases or occupies in whole or in part any room, building, structure, vehicle, parking lot, or vacant land for the exhibition and sale of such goods, wares, food products and merchandise.
