737.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) or imprisoned not more than ten days or both. (Ord. 29-70. Passed 1-20-70.)
