737.04 VEHICLE TRANSACTION.

Vendors, peddlers or their agents or employees shall transact business only when the vehicle is stopped at the curbing or, if there is no curbing, when the vehicle is stopped at the right edge of the paved part of the right of way. No person shall sell, offer for sale or dispense to any person standing upon the paved portion of a street, any ice cream, frozen desserts, soft drinks, candy, sandwiches, nuts, novelty confections, and/or similar foodstuffs from a vehicle which is owned or operated by him. Such items shall be sold, offered for sale or dispensed only from the right hand side of such vehicle. (Ord. 37-69. Passed 7-15-69.)
