733.06 FALSE APPLICATION STATEMENTS.
   The making of any false statement in the application required in this chapter shall be sufficient grounds for the revocation of any license authorized in this chapter and shall further subject the person or persons making such false statements to the penalties set forth herein. Any applicant for any license pursuant to this chapter shall provide any and all personal data as required by this chapter to the Chief of Police upon his request, or provide such signed releases as required by the Chief of Police. Failure to comply with such request of the Chief of Police shall be grounds for the denial of the license sought by the applicant.
