729.09 RIGHT OF APPEAL.

   Whenever the Auditor disapproves an application or refuses to grant a license applied for, or when it is claimed that the provisions of this chapter do not apply or that the true intent and meaning of this chapter have been misconstrued or wrongly interpreted, the applicant may appeal from the decision of the Auditor to an Appeals Board comprised of the Mayor, the City Attorney and the City Treasurer within thirty days from the date the decision denying the application is mailed to the applicant.
