721.04 REGISTRATION OF NEW INSTITUTION; ANNUAL REREGISTRATION.

Before commencing business, every new institution or association shall register as provided in Section 721. 02, and annually on January 1, each institution or association then in business shall reregister and pay the registration fee as provided in Section 721.03.
