713.03 UNSOLD TREES; DEBRIS.

   The Auditor and Treasurer are hereby authorized to return to the individual or company who posted such, the bond or cash as required in Section 713.01, upon proper certification by the Director of Public Service that the unsold trees and debris on the lot have been cleaned up prior to January 10 of the year following the Christmas season involved. However, if such clean up has not been accomplished prior to such date, the Department of Public Service will do the necessary work to remove the trees and debris and charge the cost thereof against the bond or money deposited. lf there is any balance remaining, it will be refunded.
