709.10 DURATION OF PERMIT; EXTENSIONS.
No permit issued by the Mayor shall grant the right to solicit for a period longer than thirty days from its date. The Mayor may extend any permit for additional time not to exceed ninety days upon the showing of unnecessary hardship or extenuating circumstances, provided that the Mayor may issue more than one permit to the organization within any one year if the situation indicates that this is prudent.
