705.07 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.

   The Mayor is hereby authorized to withdraw any license granted under the provisions of this chapter upon the occurrence of the following:

   (a)    Failure to maintain proper health standards;

   (b)    Making improper installations of equipment, including electrical apparatus;

   (c)    Misrepresentation of the type of show;

   (d)    Creating a fire hazard;

   (e)    Repeated violations of ordinances of the City or statutes of the State.

   (f)   False submission of sponsorship of a carnival/circus/free show by an Internal Revenue Service recognized non-profit entity domiciled within the City limits.
