705.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   Any person who shall exhibit or participate in exhibiting in the City, any circus, menagerie, carnival or free show, whether under canvas tent or otherwise, shall be sponsored by an Internal Revenue Service recognized non-profit entity domiciled within the City limits. Before giving such performance, the owner or operator shall secure a license from the Mayor at least fourteen (14) days before opening to the public. The license fee for which shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00) for the first day and then fifty dollars for each day after, for a total of seven consecutive calendar days. For each day thereafter, the fee shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
