   557.01 ABUSE OF CORPSE.
   (a)    No person, except as authorized by law, shall treat a human corpse in a way that he knows would outrage reasonable family sensibilities.
   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of abuse of a corpse, a misdemeanor of the second degree. (ORC 2927.01; Ord. 129-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
