553.06 MOVING OUT OF CITY.

(a) In the event any person required to register under the provisions of this chapter intends to leave the City, such person shall, before leaving the City, report to the Police Department and, in a written and signed statement, notify such Police Department of the address of the place in which such person expects to reside.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
