553.03 REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO RESIDENTS.

   (a)    Every person residing within the City who has been convicted two or more times in any court of any crime set forth in Section 553.01 shall, within twenty-four hours from and after the effective date of Ordinance 79-63, passed August 6, 1963, furnish to the Police Department in a written statement signed by such person all the information required to be furnished under the provisions of the preceding sections of this chapter, and together with the occupation or employment in which such person is now engaged, the name of the employer, the business engaged in by such employer and the nature and character thereof.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
