545.15 SCATTERING ITCHING POWDER.

(a) No person shall distribute, spread, scatter or set free in any school, theater, hall or other place of public assemblage, any one or more of the articles known as itching powders, sneezing powders or stink bombs or any article used for the purpose of producing itching, sneezing by irritation or nauseous or annoying smells or odors.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
