545.10 TAVERN KEEPER PERMITTING RIOTING OR DRUNKENNESS.
   (a)    No person being the owner, keeper, manager or any person in charge or control of a hotel, night club, restaurant, dance or amusement place, tavern or other public place, shall engage in or permit the playing of musical or other instruments or mechanical devices, singing, loud talking or the making of other noises in or about the premises in such manner as to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
   (b)    No person being the owner, keeper, manager or any person in charge or control of a hotel, night club, restaurant, dance or amusement place, tavern or other public place, shall engage in or suffer or permit rioting, revelling, intoxication or drunkenness in or about his place of business or premises.    (c)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
