537.26 FIRES ON STREETS.

(a) No person shall build, make, cause, permit or assist in building, making or causing any fire or bonfire upon the surface of any street, alley, public road or public place within the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
