537.25 INTERFERING WITH ELECTRIC LINES.
(a) No person shall unlawfully and intentionally injure or destroy, disconnect, displace, cut, break, tap or make a connection with any pole, cable, wire, electrical apparatus or appurtenance, used or designed to be used in furnishing telephone service or electricity.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
