529.15 KNOWLEDGE OF FALSE REGISTRATION.

   (a)    No person, having knowledge that any person has registered with a false, fictitious or assumed name at any hotel, motel, boarding house or other public lodging house, shall fail, refuse or neglect to furnish information relating thereto to any law enforcement officer, when called upon to do so.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
