529.14 FALSE REGISTRATION AT HOTEL, MOTEL.

(a) No person shall register for accommodations in any hotel, motel, boarding house or other public lodging house under any false, fictitious or assumed name.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
