525.07 CHILD SOLICITATION.
   (a)    No person shall knowingly solicit, coax, invite, entice or lure or attempt to solicit, coax, invite, entice or lure by any means whatever a child under the age of fourteen years into an automobile or other vehicle or building or other structure unless one of the following privileges applies:
      (1)    Such person is a family or household member of such child, or
      (2)    Such person acts with the express or implied consent of a parent or legal guardian of such child, or
      (3)    Such person is a law enforcement officer acting within the lawful scope of his duties, or
      (4)    Such person is acting with the express or implied authority of the Board of Education, or its equivalent, or
      (5)    Such person is a medic, firefighter or other such authorized personnel acting in response to a bona fide emergency situation.
   (b)    A person may be found guilty of violating this section whether or not he knew the age of the child.
   (c)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
