525.04 MINORS UNDER EIGHT AS PEDDLERS.

   (a)    No parent, guardian or other person having custody or control of any child under the age of eight years shall cause, induce, permit or allow such child to sell, barter or exchange newspapers, chewing gum or other wares and merchandise on any of the streets or in any public place.

   (b)    Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
